1. Nature of the Service

IQMyTest.com provides digital IQ-style tests and automatically generated reports intended for
self-discovery, curiosity, learning and entertainment.

All scores, categories and explanations are general, simplified and approximate interpretations and do not represent precise, official or certified measurements.

2. Payments

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
Our Company does not store card numbers or sensitive payment data.

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

By completing a purchase, the user expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been granted, in accordance with EU digital content regulations.

3. Access & Delivery of Digital Content

By purchasing a Full IQ Report, the user is purchasing digital access to personalized test results hosted on IQMyTest.com.

Delivery of the digital product consists of:

• access to an online results page displaying the user’s IQ score and category;
• the ability to view, revisit and share the results page via a unique link (when available);
• access to extended explanations and related report sections available through the website.

No physical items, PDF files or downloadable documents are included.
All content is delivered and accessed exclusively online.

Delivery Timeframe, Access & Service Changes

IQMyTest.com guarantees access to the online results page for a period of up to 72 hours following successful purchase in order to fulfill its delivery obligations.

During this period, users are responsible for reviewing their results and may choose to save, screenshot or otherwise record the information displayed on the results page for personal reference.

Any requests for assistance related to accessing results, clarification or alternative presentation formats must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase.

After the 72-hour period has elapsed, continued access to the results page or related content is not guaranteed.

IQMyTest.com may, but is not obligated to, maintain access to previously generated results beyond this period. Continued availability does not constitute an ongoing delivery obligation.

IQMyTest.com reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, digital content, features or services at any time, including result displays, sharing functionality or interface design.

IQMyTest.com is under no obligation to provide results or reports in alternative formats, including PDF files, written summaries or external documents.

Any additional assistance or alternative delivery provided by customer support is offered solely at the discretion of IQMyTest.com and does not constitute a contractual obligation.

Failure to review, save or request assistance regarding results within the specified timeframe does not constitute grounds for a refund or additional delivery obligations.

4. Refunds

Due to the immediate availability of digital access after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with results, interpretation of scores, expectations regarding accuracy or failure to access content after the guaranteed delivery period.

5. Intellectual Property

All test questions, graphics, algorithms, score logic, images, explanations and content are the intellectual property of Our Company and may not be copied, reused or redistributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Test results are generated automatically based on user-provided responses.
Our Company is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent information entered by users.

IQMyTest.com does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes or interpretations.
All results are provided on an “as-is” basis for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Our Company is not responsible for decisions, actions or consequences arising from the use or interpretation of test results.
