They do not replace professional, certified or accredited evaluations.

1. Digital Products and EU Law

IQMyTest.com provides digital content with immediate access upon successful payment.

By completing a purchase, the user expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Once access to the digital content has been granted, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.


2. What Is Being Purchased

The product sold on IQMyTest.com is digital access to a personalized online results page and related explanatory content hosted on our website.

The purchase does not include:

  • physical goods;
  • PDF files or downloadable documents;
  • email attachments containing the report.

Delivery is completed when access to the online results page is granted, regardless of whether the user chooses to view, share or revisit the content.


3. When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds are issued only in the following exceptional cases:

  • duplicate charges caused by a verified payment processing error;
  • successful payment where access to the digital content was never granted due to a confirmed technical failure on our side;
  • system errors that permanently prevent access and cannot be resolved by support.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • change of mind after purchase;
  • dissatisfaction with IQ scores, categories or interpretations;
  • expectations regarding accuracy, outcomes or personal relevance;
  • incorrect or incomplete information entered by the user;
  • failure to access results due to user-side issues (email filters, device issues, browser settings);
  • technical issues that can be resolved by contacting support;
  • cases where access to the digital content has already been granted.

Once access is available, the purchase remains permanently non-refundable.


5. Support and Access Issues

If a user experiences difficulty accessing their results page or related content, they must contact customer support.

Support will assist in restoring access where possible.
Resolvable access issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.
