1. Digital Products and EU Law

By purchasing any digital product on IQMyTest.com, you acknowledge that TRENDSPARE SRL provides
instant digital access to the Full IQ Report and all related content.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), digital content delivered immediately is
exempt from the right of withdrawal.

This means that once the report becomes accessible, the purchase is considered
final and non-refundable.

2. When Refunds Are Granted

Refunds are issued only in the following exceptional situations:

• You were charged multiple times due to a Stripe processing error;
• Your payment was successful but you did not receive access to your digital product;
• A verified technical issue on our side prevented automatic delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided for:

• change of mind after purchase;
• entering an incorrect email address or login details;

Once digital content is accessible, the purchase is permanently non-refundable.
